Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Paisley & Palm will issue a refund only where the product is faulty or damaged, not for a change of mind or incorrect choice. In the event of a change of mind or incorrect choice a product exchange or Gift Voucher to the value of the item will be offered. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchange items must be sent back to us in the same way that you received it to prevent any damages in transit. The item must be unused and undamaged so that it can be sold again.
Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure that the item is returned to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible. Please include in the email your order number and photos of the damage.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
